As i approached the bus from sevalia, on 5.15 pm .i boarded the bus and stood in the corridor, the driver started shouting at me to go back .as there was no space to go back i told that there is no space, but he kept shouting at me.
If this is the way u treat ur customers i am taking this complaint to a higher level.if the sorry note is not submitted by the driver to me for saying things he said and the way he has behaved i am surely taking this complaint further to higher level management.
