I could not log in, waited half an hour on the phone for customer service, was told I had failed voice verification and had to start over, demanded to speak to supervisor, waited on the phone again. Was readmitted to program, completed four sections, now unable to log in again.
This is a terrible program that should be discontinued until they get the bugs out of it. To say nothing about the fact that it is so boring you want to stick a fork in your eye.
